Ti Marie Candle Company Fundraising Program – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Ti Marie Candle Company Fundraising Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   To participate in our fundraising program, your organization must be a registered business, a nonprofit 501c3, community group, or other qualifying entity. All applications are subject to approval by Ti Marie Candle Company.

2. Fundraising Duration:
   Fundraising campaigns are valid for a predetermined period, which will be specified upon registration. The length of the campaign will be agreed upon by both parties. The length of campaign has to be 30 days or more in order for Ti Marie Candle Company to activate your promo code.

3. Promo Code Usage:
   After fundraising approval by Ti Marie Candle Company each participating organization will receive a unique promo code to share with their supporters. The promo code must be used at checkout to ensure proper tracking of sales and corresponding donations. It is important for customers to use your promo code, if they forget to enter code please have them email us. Promo codes can not be used after your fundraising period has ended. 

4. Donation Structure:
   Ti Marie Candle Company will donate 25% of sales generated through your organization’s promo code back to the organization. Donations will be issued at the end of the fundraising period or up to 30 days after the fundraising period. If you do not recieve your funds after 30 days of the period ending please contact us.

5. Payment and Distribution of Funds:
   All funds raised will be distributed to the organization via check or direct deposit (as specified by the organization). Ti Marie Candle Company will issue a payment once the fundraising campaign concludes, and the total sales are tallied.

6. Sales Reporting:
   Ti Marie Candle Company will provide a sales report at the end of the campaign, detailing the number of items sold and the amount raised by your organization.

7. Non-transferable:
   Promo codes and fundraising participation are non-transferable and must only be used by the designated organization and their supporters.

8. Product Availability:
   Ti Marie Candle Company reserves the right to limit product availability or discontinue any items in the fundraiser at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participating organizations promptly.

9. Compliance:
   By participating in the program, organizations agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to fundraising, tax reporting, and marketing.

10. Termination of Fundraiser:
    Ti Marie Candle Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate any fundraising campaign if we determine that the program is being misused or if there are concerns regarding compliance with these terms.

11. Liability:
    Ti Marie Candle Company is not responsible for any errors, technical issues, or delays related to online transactions, payment processing, or shipping. We also are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.

12. Privacy:
    Ti Marie Candle Company respects your privacy. We will not share or sell your organization’s personal or financial information to third parties. Customer information will only be used to process orders and fulfill the fundraiser.
